Return and Exchange Policy
All shirts are made to order. For this reason, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, color choices, or changes of mind.
Please review the size chart and confirm all order details before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Altar Original Creations within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to qualify for a replacement. Normal variations in color caused by screen settings are not considered defects.
Custom and personalized items are nonreturnable and nonrefundable unless Altar Original Creations made an error.
